Questions about delivery:
After we have shipped your order, you will have received a tracking code. Use this code to check the delivery status on PostNL.
If you are not at home, the delivery person will make a second delivery attempt. If you are not at home at the time of the second attempt, you will find a message in your mailbox. The delivery person will state that you can pick up the package at the specified PostNL collection point.
