Shipping is free if your order has a value of € 25 incl. VAT. For orders with a lower value, shipping costs will be charged. Depending on the chosen carrier, these costs amount to € 5.95 (PostNL).

When sent?

Your order will be shipped the same day if it is received by us before 5 p.m. Our carriers guarantee next-day delivery with 95% of shipments.

If you have ordered a product that is not in stock (this is displayed on the product page), you will receive a confirmation with the expected delivery date within 24 hours. It is possible that your order will be sent by our supplier. In this case the sender can deviate from your choice. You will of course receive a message with a tracking code (if available).


14 days to change your mind

Customer satisfaction is paramount at If you are not satisfied with your order, we will do our utmost to make you a satisfied customer by coming up with a suitable solution. You can return your ordered products to us within 14 days. You can choose a replacement product, a voucher or a refund of the purchase amount. Do you want to return a product? Then follow the step-by-step plan that applies to you.

Return and exchange step-by-step plan - with account

  • Log in to your account at
  • Go to the overview of your order (s) and select the order that you want to exchange or return.
  • Register the return request by clicking on the 'Return items' button.
  • Enter your return reason, return action and possible response here and click send.
  • We assess your request. We strive to do this as quickly as possible, in most cases you will receive an email within a few hours about the status of your request. You can also view this status in your account.
  • If your return request is approved, you will see the status 'Pending'. You will receive an e-mail from us describing how you can send the article to us.
  • After receiving and processing your returns, the status will be adjusted to 'Items credited'. In this case, the replacement product is sent to you or the amount refunded to your account.

In the event that you do not have a account you can return via our cancellation form. Please note: this is only possible if your return shipment meets the "return conditions".

Print the form and complete it completely so that we can process your return request as soon as possible.

  1. Place the completed form together with the item (s) that you return in the same shipping box as where the order was delivered.

Make sure that your own address is no longer visible on the shipping box and that you are sufficiently franking the return shipment.

  1. You can send the shipment back to us via PostNL parcel service. The costs of the return are for you.
  2. You will receive a confirmation email from us as soon as we have received the return shipment. This shows the next steps.


Return conditions

The buyer bears the risk of the return shipment if it is lost. The following conditions apply:

- You return the products within the trial period of 14 days. This period starts on the day after receipt of your article.

- The article is, as far as reasonably possible, in original condition and factory packaging.


Not all products can be returned. The following products are not included in the cooling-off period:


- Items that, through no fault of our own, are damaged or incomplete.

- Articles whose packaging is not present or (seriously) damaged (removing the foil is not a problem).
