When shipped?
Your order will be shipped the same day on working days if it is received by us before 23:45. Our carriers guarantee next working day delivery with 95% of shipments. During busy periods such as Black Friday, Sinterklaas or Christmas, delivery may be delayed.

If you have ordered a product that is not in stock (this is shown on the product page), you will receive a confirmation with the expected delivery date within 24 hours. It is possible that your order will be shipped by our supplier. In this case, the sender may differ from your choice. Of course, you will receive a message about this with a tracking code (if available).

Hihome ships to many European countries.

Orders that are received before 23:45 will be shipped that day on weekdays. Transit times vary from 1 to 5 working days depending on the destination.

Returns

14 days cooling-off period
Customer satisfaction is our top priority at hihome.eu. If you are not satisfied with your order, we will do our utmost to make you a satisfied customer by providing a suitable solution. You can return your ordered products to us within 14 days. You can choose between a replacement product, a voucher or a refund of the purchase price. Do you want to return a product? Send an email to Hihome Customer Support via cs@hihome.eu stating the order number and your request.

    Make sure that your own address is no longer visible on the shipping box and that you pay sufficient postage for the return shipment and clearly state the sender.

    You can return the shipment to us via PostNL parcel service. The costs of the return shipment are for you.

    You will receive a confirmation email from us as soon as we have received the return shipment.

    Returns conditions

    The buyer bears the risk of the return shipment in case it gets lost. The following conditions apply:

    - You return the products within the 14-day inspection period. This period starts on the day after you receive your item.
    - The item is, to the extent reasonably possible, in its original condition and factory packaging.

    Exceptions

    Not all products can be returned. The following products are not covered by the cooling-off period:

    - Items that are damaged or incomplete through no fault of our own.
    - Items whose packaging is missing or (seriously) damaged (removing the foil is not a problem in this case).
